Techudu Academy was created for leaders who quietly admitted they were making big decisions without feeling at home in their numbers. The academy is our way of turning those conversations into a structured, supportive space.
Where it began
One founder, one messy report
A late-night call from a worried founder turned into the first version of the academy’s core framework.
Why this academy exists
From translation work to a structured path.
For years, our work looked like translation. Founders and managers would send long financial reports with a simple question: “Can you tell me what this actually means for us?”
We realised that leaders did not need more complicated models. They needed a calm, repeatable way to read the numbers they already had, and a way to talk about those numbers with their teams without shame or confusion.
- Conversations that started as one-off reviews turned into regular rhythms.
- Informal frameworks evolved into worksheets and dashboards.
- Those tools became the backbone of Techudu Academy.

We avoid jargon wherever possible. If a term is important, we explain it slowly and connect it to real situations you already understand.

We use Australian examples, stories and timing so you are not translating foreign case studies into your world on the fly.
Decisions over perfection
The goal is not a flawless spreadsheet. It is to make grounded decisions with the information you have today and improve that information over time.

Most of our early work took place in co-working spaces and board rooms across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Each city and industry added its own layer to the curriculum.

The first version of Techudu Academy focused on six-week cohorts. Over time we are expanding resources so that alumni can revisit key tools as their businesses grow and change.
